If you register to our newsletter we will collect personally identifiable information about you, specifically your name and email address. This information is used to provide you with updates relevant to what you signed up to.

We save any enquiries sent to the email info@globalresiliencepartnership.org however they are not used for any purposes beyond what is expressed in the original enquiry.

For our challenges grantee we may save personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, organization, e-mail address, country of residence and other information which you voluntarily submit.

We may also obtain information about your opinions if, for example, you send us feedback, or ask us questions.

We may also, occasionally, receive information about you from other sources (such as third parties or other companies within the group) which we will add to the information which we already hold about you in order to help us improve and personalise our service to you.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or for as long as we are required by law. After this your personal data will be deleted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS

To GRP
a. Unless otherwise agreedthe photographer must be the author or copyright holder of the pictures uploaded or shared with the Global Resilience Partnership
b. Copyright holders represent and warrant that submission of the photographs does not breach any law, and further that no third party can hold any claims or any objections regarding the rights granted to GRP regarding usage or licensing of photography. The copyright holders will hold GRP harmless of any claims from third parties related hereto.

To the Resilience Platform and MIS
a. In addition to – and not superceding – GRP photo submission terms and conditions 1a & b.
b. The photographer must be the author or copyright holder of the pictures uploaded on to the Global Resilience Partnership Management Information System (GRP MIS).
c. If submitting on behalf of a photographer through agency or professional affiliation, please ensure you have written permission from the copyright holder for the below terms.
d. If submitting photographs of people, the author or copyright holder is responsible for ensuring that the people in the image have given consent to the copyright holder to share the image.
e. Copyright holders retain copyright of their work but by including them on the GRP MIS provide GRP with the permission to share for non commercial reasons in pursuit of the ambitions of the MIS as a knowledge sharing platform [GRP].
f. All photographs must be accompanied by an accurate caption with all required fields completed.
g. Photographs submitted must be submitted with the following filename template and uploaded to ensure that the photograph corresponds with the caption submitted: PROJECT_ORGANISATION_YEAR_COUNTRY.jpg     
h. All copy right holders grant GRP a non-exclusive license to use the photographs in a public database for research and knowledge sharing activities in all media, including social media, online, print.
i. GRP MIS reserves the right to delete any images that breach theses terms or the values of the Partnership.

We will never sell your information

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
