On 30 March 2021, a first round of initiatives officially joined the Race to Resilience as partners.

GRP Areas of work: Policy Theme: Climate change

Race to Resilience is a campaign that aims to catalyse a step-change in global ambition and action for climate resilience, putting people and nature first in pursuit of a resilient world where we not only withstand climate shocks but thrive in spite of them.

On 30 March 2021, a first round of 20 initiatives officially joined the Race to Resilience as partners. Race to Resilience will bring these initiatives together to share best practices, develop progress metrics, and collectively mobilize actors dedicated to protecting people and nature. This first round of initiatives covers a range of topics ranging from water resilience to nature-based solutions, to disaster risk reduction, to agricultural resilience, to finance and insurance.
